At Amatus, every piece is made to order, in my independent atelier, from carefully selected natural materials. This craftsmanship takes time, time I see as the guarantee of a garment made to last, far from mass production.

Your piece doesn’t exist yet when you place your order, it is made specifically for you. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for production before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order enters production, and a second email with tracking information once your parcel ships.

Please note: timing may vary slightly during periods of high demand (new piece launches, end-of-year holidays). I’ll keep you informed if any exectional delay occurs.

Because your pieces are made to order, French law does not require us to accept returns (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, wich applies to goods made to the consumer’s speficications).

I have chosen to offer standard returns anyway, as a matter of trust and transparency:

• Timeframe: you have 14 days after receiving your order to let me know you’d like to return it.
• Condition: the item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with its original tags attached.
• Return shipping costs: covered by Amatus – free returns.
• Refund: within … business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunded to your original payment method.
